Where is my data stored and who owns it?

Eviory OS is a Local-First application. All your creative content, strategies, files, and media are stored locally on your device within your browser's database. We do not have access to, read, harvest, or store this data on our servers. You retain complete ownership.

Do I have to pay extra for the AI features?

We use a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You need to provide your own API keys from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini. Eviory does not charge any markup or recurring subscription fees for AI processing; you only pay for your direct usage with these providers.

Are my AI API keys safe?

Absolutely. Your API keys are stored strictly locally on your device. They are never transmitted to Eviory servers, and as a security precaution, they are intentionally excluded from any data exports or Cloud Sync backups.

How do I access my workspace on another device?

Because Eviory OS is local-first, your data stays on the device you create it on. However, Premium users can enable the Cloud Sync feature to securely backup their workspace data and media to our servers, allowing seamless restoration on another device. Alternatively, any user can use the built-in manual Export/Import tool.

How does login work without a password?

We use a secure, passwordless authentication system. When you need to log in to access your Workspace, we send a One-Time Passcode (OTP) directly to your email. We do not ask for, collect, or store any passwords, making your account highly secure against traditional password breaches.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the product?

Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant unlock of premium features, strategies, and content templates, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed. If you experience technical issues, our support team is always ready to assist you.
