When you input an API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, or OpenRouter):
- The key is saved locally in encrypted storage.
- When generating content, your browser dispatches HTTPS requests directly to the AI provider endpoint.
- No intermediary proxy server inspects or logs your proprietary prompts or tokens.

Q: If I clear my browser history, do I lose my data? A: Standard browser history clearing does not delete LocalStorage. However, selecting “Clear Cookies and Site Data” will erase browser storage. We recommend downloading a backup from Settings → Backup Data Vault weekly.
Q: Does Eviory use my data to train AI models? A: No. We do not operate proprietary training clusters, and client requests route through your own commercial API accounts which are legally bound by enterprise zero-data-retention agreements.
