Vault

The Vault is a centralized, cloud-drive-style file storage system that operates entirely locally on your device. It acts as a secure digital safe for storing brand assets, reference materials, swipe files, product images, and PDF research documents without compromising your business privacy.

Core Features

• Local-First Architecture: Guarantees high-level privacy. All uploaded files (up to 20MB per file) are secured within your browser’s database (IndexedDB) and are never sent to external servers.
• Smart Folders: The system automatically detects the format of incoming files and organizes them into Images, Videos, and Documents tabs.
• AI File Analysis: Click the Analyze AI button on any PDF, image, or text document to instantly open the Eviory AI assistant with the file’s context. The system automatically extracts text from PDFs and converts Apple’s HEIC photos into AI-readable formats.
• Custom Tagging: Attach custom labels (e.g., “Summer Reference”) to files for easy visual searching and organization.
• Flexible Management: Support for drag & drop uploads, grid/list view toggling, and bulk deletion actions.

Ecosystem Integrations

• Advanced AI Chat Brain: The Vault integrates perfectly with Eviory AI. When you click attach file within the AI Chat, it natively opens the Vault for you to select your files.
• Auto-Sync from Scratchpad: When creating long notes in the Scratchpad app, you have the option to save them as physical text files that are automatically archived safely into the Vault.
• Internal URLs: Every file has a unique encrypted URL. You can copy the internal link to paste as an attachment in your other content creation tools within Eviory OS.
