Scratchpad

The Scratchpad is a minimalist, distraction-free text editor inside Eviory OS designed as your primary digital jotting space. It is perfect for capturing spontaneous ideas during meetings or drafting long-form captions before executing them elsewhere.

Core Features

• Multi-Tab Notes: Open multiple notes in parallel as tabs, similar to a web browser experience.
• Real-Time Auto-Save: Every keystroke is instantly saved to the local OS database. You can close the app without losing a single word.
• Markdown & Live Preview: Write using standard Markdown syntax and click the Preview (eye icon) to render it into a beautifully formatted document instantly.
• Live Text Statistics: Features a real-time word and character counter, crucial for social media posts with strict limits.
• Export Flexibility: Download notes as .md files or export them directly as professional .pdf documents.

Ecosystem Integrations

• Direct AI Editing (Premium): Highlight any text in your workspace and click Add to AI. The AI sidebar opens with permissions to directly rewrite, translate, or correct the highlighted text automatically.
• Knowledge Vault Connection: Click Save to Vault to permanently archive a temporary draft into your secure Knowledge Vault library.
