Knowledge Vault is a local file storage system that works like an advanced iCloud or Google Drive right in the browser. Store all your brand assets, swipe files, PDFs, and research here.

Key Features

  • Local-First Architecture: Files (up to 20MB per file) are stored securely and locally in your browser’s IndexedDB, meaning no servers can access your sensitive brand data.
  • Smart Folders: Automatically categorizes your uploads into Images, Videos, and Documents.
  • AI Analysis: Click Analyze AI on supported files (Images, PDFs, Text, CSV, JSON) to instantly launch Eviory AI with the file attached for context.
  • Tagging & Search: Add custom tags to files and search them easily by filename or tag.
  • Grid & List Views: Toggle between a visual gallery grid or a detailed list view using the icons in the header.
  • File Actions: Download files, securely delete them, or copy the internal blob URL to your clipboard for use in other OS apps.
  • Bulk Actions: Select multiple files via checkboxes to perform bulk deletions.

How to Use

  1. Upload Files: Click the Upload button or simply drag and drop files directly into the workspace area.
  2. Analyze with AI: Hover over a supported file (like an image or PDF) and click Analyze AI to get insights, extract text, or chat about the document.
  3. Organize with Tags: In Grid or List view, click the + Add Tag input below a file, type your tag, and hit Enter to attach it.
  4. Manage Files: Hover over a file to reveal quick actions to download, copy the internal URL, or delete.
  5. Bulk Delete: Click the checkbox in the top left corner of the file cards (or rows in List view) to select multiple files, then click the red Delete button in the header.
