EvioryThe Content Calendar is a visual planner designed to track your content across all stages of production. It provides multiple flexible views and integrates directly with Eviory AI to automate your content planning process.
Key Features
- Three View Modes: Seamlessly switch between Kanban (pipeline stages), Calendar (monthly visual view), and Table (list view) to visualize your schedule the way that works best for you.
- Pipeline Counter: A live dashboard at the top showing exactly how many content pieces are currently in Idea, Scripting, Filming, Editing, Scheduled, and Posted stages.
- AI Auto-Generate (Premium): Click the Eviory AI button in the header to instantly draft a month’s worth of content ideas spaced out across your calendar, based on your performance data.
- Unified Event Modal: Manage all details for a piece of content (title, date, format, platform, status) in a single pop-up modal.
How to Use
- Add Event: Click the New Event button in the top right to create a new content idea or scheduled post manually.
- Update Status: Use the Kanban view to manage your production workflow by moving content across different pipeline stages (Idea to Posted).
- Generate AI Planner: Click the Eviory AI logo button to have the AI orchestrator automatically generate and populate your calendar. (Note: This requires an active Premium subscription).
- Edit Details: Click on any existing event card across any view to open the modal and edit its details.
